Floor Panels for Sprung Floor Solutions floor systems are crafted from highly stable 18 mm, 13 ply Baltic Birch plywood. They are fabricated by Computer Numeric Controlled routing programs that produce the consistent tongue and groove profiles of our designs. This method insures a continuous flush fit for all abutting floor panel members and for the surface plane of the floor.
Typical floor panel stock sizes are 7 feet wide by 3.5 feet high and 3.5 feet wide by 3.5 feet high, as these sizes represent an efficient yield from material. Stock sizes are used where possible in the floor array with custom sized panels balanced in the layout, where required, to assure an even running bond assembly. Floor panels can also be customized to customer specifications for color, finish or surface lamination choices.
